1. Requirements

  1. The applicant should have registered under the Alien Registration Law.
  2. You can contract only for a place to live yourself. Sublease is not allowed.
  3. The applicant should be a non-married person or married (or engaged) couple.
  4. The applicant's income should meet required standards. (*1 see blow)
  5. The applicant needs a guarantor.

*1 Your monthly salary after tax reduction amount needes to be between 153,000（or 200,000）yen and 601,000 yen
